Arya Ghazizadeh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Shallow Bay Realty Partners, a privately held real estate investment and development firm based in New York, New York. The firm focuses on investing in and developing multi-tenant "shallow-bay" industrial assets in select U.S. markets, targeting infill and growth locations with strong fundamentals and limited supply.

At Shallow Bay, Arya leads the firm’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations, investment execution, and deal origination. The firm specializes in ground-up indsutrial land development, while also strategically pursuing existing quality indsutrial buildings and indsutrial outdoor storage.

Prior to founding Shallow Bay, Arya served as Director of Acquisitions at Xebec Realty Partners, a national industrial real estate firm. He led the firm’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest and was one of a select group responsible for investment activity across Southern California. During his tenure, Arya participated in the acquisition and development of over 16 million square feet across 42 projects, with a total capitalization exceeding $3 billion.

Arya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy. He is a licensed real estate professional in California (DRE #02093993) and a member of NAIOP Southern California.
