Arya Ghazizadeh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Shallow Bay Realty Partners, a privately held real estate investment and development firm based in New York, New York. The firm focuses on investing in and developing multi-tenant "shallow-bay" industrial assets in select U.S. markets, targeting infill and growth locations with strong fundamentals and limited supply.

At Shallow Bay, Arya leads the firm’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations, deal origination, investment execution, and dispositions. The firm specializes in ground-up industrial land development, while also strategically pursuing existing quality industrial buildings and industrial outdoor storage.

Prior to founding Shallow Bay, Arya served as Director of Acquisitions at Xebec Realty Partners, a national industrial real estate firm. As Xebec's market leader for the West Coast, Arya was responsible for sourcing and executing development, value-add, and core industrial real estate opportunities across the western United States.

Arya is responsible for individually sourcing and executing on over $100 Million worth of industrial real estate transactions. Between his time at Xebec and Shallow Bay, he has been involved in placing over $1B in total equity in Opportunistic, Value-Add, and Core investments and has been involved in over 50 total transactions totaling over $3 Billion in total AUM.

Arya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy. He is a licensed real estate professional in California (DRE #02093993) and a member of NAIOP.
