Arya Ghazizadeh is the Managing Partner at Shallow Bay Realty, LLC. His responsibilities include overseeing the firms strategic direction, daily operations, deal origination, and investment execution.

Prior to joining Shallow Bay Realty, Arya served as Director of Acquisitions for Xebec Realty Partners, a prominent national industrial investment and development firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. As Xebec's market leader for the west coast, Arya was responsible for sourcing and executing development, value-add, and core industrial real estate opportunities across the western United States.

In 2023, he led Xebecs first acquisition and development in the Puget Sound metropolitan area, helping the firm plant a flag in one of the west coast’s most coveted logistics markets. Arya has been involved in acquiring over 16 million square feet across 42 projects, with a total project capitalization exceeding $3 billion USD.

Arya Ghazizadeh is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he obtained his BS in Real Estate Development.
